(More customer reviews)I bought this fan as a stylish replacement to a 1970's shiny brass fan that was in the home I just bought. However, I was horribly disappointed. First of all, the lights. The 2 60 watt bulbs are almost adequate to light a room, that is without the almost impenetrable to light cover that comes with it. With it, it looks like I am lighting my room with a couple night lights. Then, the fan. This fan on high is about equivalent to that 1970's fan on medium. It took me 1.5 hours to put this up, and I took it down 2 hours later in 30min and I will be returning to the store I purchased it at. If there had just been a review on it, I wouldn't have wasted my time or $.
